Failure to attend a scheduled pre-hearing, hearing, or sanctioned workshop facilitated by OSSC, unless the student contacts the office 24 hours prior to appointment to indicate non-attendance or waives his/her right to appear at a pre-hearing or hearing. (Charge per no-show) |
Conduct Assessment ($20) |

The student is required to remit a $50.00 conduct assessment. This payment will be posted to the student's UAConnect account, and must be paid within 60 days of posting. After 60 days, a hold will be placed on the student's account. Notice: Refunds cannot be issued and extensions cannot be given.
