Student Administrative File Request

Students have the right to inspect and review their education records to the extent that those records include information directly related to them. To request review of student conduct administrative file, students must submit a request to inspect their record to the Office of Student Accountability (OSA) in writing.

The OSA will respond to a request for access within a reasonable time.  Administrative Files will be sent via email to the students UARK email address. Any video and audio recordings contained in the Administrative File will not be transmitted electronically. Arrangements can be made to review video and audio recordings in our office. If such arrangements are required, it will be noted to the student when the Administrative File is sent.

The OSA reserves the right to refuse the education records from being removed from our offices. The OSA does not allow unauthorized individuals to inspect education records, and the records may have certain information redacted pursuant to law.

AUCB Appeal Hearings are audio recorded. Audio recordings of hearings will be made available to the applicable students for review in the OSA office suite in the presence of an OSA staff member. Any audio recording that is made by the university may be listened to by the responding student, but not copied.
