Classes
Ethical Decision Making
To better connect decisions to personal values, the student is required to sign up for, participate in, and successfully complete (with a grade listed as “B” or better) the Ethical Decision Making Course UNIV 2201 (section numbers and class times vary by semester). Please review Workday Student to sign up for the Ethical Decision Making course. If the course is full or closed, please email accountability@uark.edu with your name, Workday Student ID #, and the course number you wish to enroll in prior to the start of the course.
Please note: courses are filled on a first come, first served basis, and seating is based on maximum room capacity. We are unable to accommodate every student who requests to join a full class.
Conflict Resolution
To provide the skills necessary to productively resolve conflict, the student is required to take the Conflict Resolution Course. The student must sign up for, attend, and acquire a grade of “B” or better in order for this sanction to be marked complete. Students may register on Workday Student for the course UNIV 2301 (section numbers and class times vary by semester). If the course is full or closed, please email accountability@uark.edu with your name, ID #, and the course number you wish to enroll in prior to the start of the course.

Encouraging/Enabling
To better understand the role passive participation plays in encouraging the negative behavior of others, the student is required to complete the Encouraging/Enabling course on Blackboard. The course is designed to take no more than 1 hour to complete. The student must score 80% or higher on the post-test to complete this sanction. Once a passing score is recorded in Blackboard, the student must email accountability@uark.edu to request the sanction be marked complete.
EDGE - Complete Course
To examine the factors which contribute to playing a constructive part of the University community, the student is required to complete all 4 components of the EDGE course (see module descriptions above) on Blackboard. The course is designed to take no more than 1 hour to complete per component. The student must score 80% or higher on the post-test to complete this sanction. Once a passing score is recorded in Blackboard the student must email accountability@uark.edu to request the sanction be marked complete.
