Policy Statement

The University of Arkansas seeks to protect student rights and due process according to Arkansas Act 470. The act outlines the policies and procedures that the University must adhere to in order to protect the rights of students. The Act was created to establish procedural protections for student conduct disciplinary proceedings at public two-year and four-year institutions of higher education.
